Only five years ago, Ty Taylor (vocals), Nalle Colt (guitar), Rick Barrio Dill (bass guitar), and Richard Danielson (drums) formed the rhythm & blues bandVintage Trouble (VT or ¥). Early 2011 they released their debut album The Bomb Shelter Sessions and started touring in the UK for the first time where they also appeared on Jools Holland’s TV show Later...with Jools Holland. Since then they have been opening act for such greats as Bon Jovi, The Who, Dave Matthews Band, and AC/DC in both US and UK tours. Two more albums followed: The Swing House Acoustic Sessions and the most recent 1 Hopeful Rd., all with a sound that can best be described as "retro", reminiscent of a number of late 50s and 60s blues and rock artists, such as The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, and The Animals. The band’s followers are known as “Troublemakers”, that have formed a fan with networks reaching all over the globe and no doubt they will pick up some more fans in Curaçao as well.
