Nick Moss Band - feat. Dennis Gruenling

Saturday 20 April 2019

Although he originally started on the bass, Nick Moss is now known for his jaw-dropping guitar playing and soulful vocals. A bona fide soulman, he crafted his art playing Chicago’s blues clubs. After serving as a sidemen to others, Moss formed his own band in 1997. The blues was not far from his own life: growing up Moss showed a talent in music and sports. When a knee injury cut his athletic career short, the choice was made for him. He delved into his music with a passion. To date, he has recorded thirteen albums and shared stages with Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Gary Clark Jr., and many others. His latest album, 2018’s The High Cost Of Low Living, was the first one which was released on Alligator Records instead of his own Blue Bella label, and also the first on which he is joined by renowned harmonica player Dennis Gruenling.
